Hello my friends!
I hope you all are having a wonderful Wednesday. I am curious as to what you all are doing to prepare for the holidays? Well, more like what you all have done to prepare for the holidays, haha. It seems like this year has flown by. How do you all feel about the decade ending? I am a little nervous about it but also excited to see what the future holds in store for me.
Where do you spend Christmas?
We -my family and I- go to my grandparents house on Christmas Eve to celebrate Christmas with my fathers side of the family, go home, and open presents Christmas Eve night. The next day we eat lunch wIth my fathers side of the family, the drive to my mothers side and celebrate with them.
What is on your TBR for the holiday season? I just recently finished Above the Fold by Rachel Scott McDaniel. (You can find my review on goodreads by clicking on this link.

My next adventure will probably be Once Upon a Dickens Christmas by Michelle Griep. I recently won her book in a Goodreads giveaway and am so excited to read it! It is sure to be interesting.
Do you read holiday books? I have to admit that I’ve only read a few holiday books but I have read plenty of books that have the holiday season in them. One of my favorite ones is, in fact, The Hawk and the Jewel by Lori Wick. I love the scene in that book where Sunny gives everyone Bible verses as their Christmas presents. What is your favorite book with a holiday in it?
Well, that’s enough blabbing from me.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Happy reading!
I love Christmas!!! My brother and his wife and her parents came over to Mississippi for a visit for Thanks giving, and we'll probably spend Christmas split between our house and my Granny's.
One thing we did last year and I hope to do this year is visit shops all decorated for Christmas and look at Christmas lights, then go in a fast food restaurant wearing Christmas hats and saying Merry Christmas to everyone we speak to. Always brings smiles. Whether it's our goofy hats or Christmas spirit, I don't know, but it sure is fun. :)
I love those books! I was looking at The Hawk and the Jewel today, thinking, Wow, I've got to read this again! and…
